Go hard.
Bring real effort. Do not save the work for another day.
Training philosophy
Go as hard as you can. Go as heavy as you can. When the set gets difficult, stay with it and never give up.
Bring real effort. Do not save the work for another day.
Challenge what you can lift and keep building the standard.
The attempt only becomes failure when you decide to quit.
The rep rule
Do not take the challenge personally. Use it. If someone hits 10 reps, let it push you to earn 12. Competition is fuel for improvement.
On the training floor
Go hard and go heavy, while keeping every rep deliberate.
Pay attention, communicate clearly, and protect the lifter under the bar.
Return every plate, dumbbell, and piece of equipment after use.
Intensity matters. So do sound form and respect for everyone sharing the gym.
